RedHill International source committed, qualified and experienced international childcare educators. All our childcare educators undertake a 24 month comprehensive training program which includes a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma of Early Childhood and Care, as well as professional development training in leadership and management skills.
Our childcare educators are available to work anywhere in Australia – remote, regional, rural and metro Australia. All our international childcare educators have good spoken and written English levels. Providing security and flexibility to your workforce, our childcare educators are willing to undertake extended shifts and overtime work. RedHill International provides ongoing support to our childcare educators and employers to ensure and sustain a quality experience.
Our Services and Costs

- We find and shortlist suitable childcare educators candidates, and schedule interviews with employers
- Manage all the visa application processes on behalf of the employer
- Undertake Australian onboarding (ie. pick up from airport, tax file number, bank account, etc)
- Organise accommodation and Transportation for candidates to their place of work
We work exclusively with Fragomen, a leading international migration law firm, to ensure every aspect of the visa application process is professionally managed and meets the requirements of the Department of Home Affairs. We provide a 12-month guarantee :- in the case of an incorrect fit, we will help replace that person with another suitable from our program.
An Affordable Low Cost Option
A low cost option covering all visa application, sponsorship, and onboarding costs. You are only required to pay 50% upfront, with the balance payable after 12 months.

How it Works
Internationally Qualified Childcare Educators to Australia
RedHill’s Internationally Qualified Childcare Educators – Australian Pathway Program is a unique program that enables international childcare educators to work in Australia for a period of 2 years. The international childcare educators will be employed and paid the standard Australian Award rates and work under standard Australian employment conditions.
The employer will have the option to continue to employ our childcare educators after the 2 year duration of our program.
Training Elements
- CHC30121 – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- CHC50121 – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Comprehensive professional development training covering leadership and management skills.
